ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:I'm curious...

RE:I'm curious...It was prompted by a posting on CEO that said that NIRB has recently asked for extensions on other projects requiring a ruling.   I agree that this is an important project for everybody involved and the pressure is on to make a decision in a timely matter.   I am unfamiliar with these other projects.   I don't know if it is true or not but I always try to plan for the worst and hope for the best.  All I take from it is that if NIRB does delay their decision for SBB, there is no reason to panic.

@ekim @JamesKwantes I don't know if July 18th (45 days) is D-Day for $SBB . NIRB has recently asked for exemptions to extend the 45 day rule because of work overload. I believe I have seen 2 instances very recently. They are doing a lot of Hope Bay Phase 2 work and some Mary River work as well. $SBB is just one of their many, many clients...if that is the right term. At least by July 18th...you should know if there is an extension or not.
