Net proceeds is what we get

Net proceeds is what we get"Under  the Offering, the Underwriters will receive a cash commission equal to 6% of the gross" so that means we got 49.914 million and net 1.598 a share so PLI pretty
much agreed that 1.60 was a fair price for a company that went hat in hand to the
market. And guess what the market has taken us to what we got. Funny how that works, so this is our lot in life until we get some real news that signal things are working out. But yet they bold 53.1 m yeah right. Those of you with Fred's email ear might want to tell him to focus on cash not the gross. HT
