The halt was not called by the company, pending news; it was the result of the stock tripping a circuit-breaker in Toronto, prompting a regulatory request asking "Whazzup?" Dominion responded later today with a shrug. There was no circuit-breaker tripped in New York. Seems like a case of some "source" wanting to keep Dominion's price as high as possible. Cheers, Will
