RE:RE:RE:RE:There is the updateCouple thoughts:
The $s/km are likely to be higher on the Pioneer side. Possibly much higher. That is where the strongest commercial application is. Seems like the High Eye work is much smaller scale, at least for now. I do not see the clients they currently have paying top dollar for their services. The mining companies doing remote sensing over larger land areas are where the money is at for now.
The partnership with Abitibit Geophysics is revenue sharing, so any money that is generated by surveys set up through that relationship will likely generate less per km. We don't know how many of those 1450 kms come through Abitibi.
I don't know this for certain, but I'm going to assume that there will be some seasonal variation in revenues, with the spring/summer/fall months being more active than winter. Have to guess that harsher or colder conditions will affect both demand and performance. Obviously this won't be as much an issue if they expand south of the border.
Just a couple of qualifiers. The fact that they are generating an increasing number of commercial kms is great, especially on the Pioneer side. I'm expecting that the High Eye revenues will be a bit more fragmented and slower growing, but it diversifies the business and can help to supplement revenues generated through mining. They are off to a decent start. Hopefully the legacy of past investments/business ventures (mining, marijuana) doesn't interfere, and corporate costs are held down.
