I sure hope that Lucara doesn't issue more shares if they acquire a company such as Tsodilo. I would have rather had that dividend cash available rather than dilute the company anymore. If LLR was worth 70mm at one time and now it's worth say 50mm, it doesn't make that much difference per share with so many outstanding. Damn Lundin's... they sure like to issue stock !
