It is definitely possible.

The market cap here is under 300 million.

They have access to 100 million to grow.

They are profitable.

We are kind of a sitting duck. 

They really should reach out to Warren Buffett to take a stake :)

it wouldn't shock me if a Private Equity firm or another healthcare company were looking at this. total speculation and you can never time these things, but there is certainly a case. company insiders and institutional shareholders would easily approve this.

something to think about.
