RE:RE:Insider SellingShe is not pocketing 110000$, it is 106000$ left to pay taxes on the 200 000 shares capital gain and the capital gain on 82 000 shares sold. at 12cents, it is a profit of 300 000$ on the option plus probably a profit of another 110 000$ on the 82000 shares sold. For a total of probably around 410 000$ in capital gain triggering a 106 000$ of taxes to pay right away.
So Mme Menard does not pocket a dime but yes she is exchanging 82000 shares at +/- 25 cents for 200 000 shares at a average price of 1,62$.
It is a part of her salary as in every company on the stock market, like it or not.
Of course, now that the taxes is paid, she could sold tomorrow at 1,62$ a share and pocket 324 000$ net . But I am sure that is not going to happen...
Of course It is frustrating to see options being exercises when the SP performance is not what we would like it to be. But that's part of the game.
Normally, in the next three weeks there should be some news (FDA review type, SRAM deal, Laval Inspection, etc) that will impact the SP.
