RE:Minesa is waiting in the weeds

RE:Minesa is waiting in the weeds I agree with you ACE, this is all they could get given Tenor's DEEP pockets.  I would also like to correct one thing (my misunderstanding because the PR was vague).  The Participation in the allocated spin-off of CVRs will be offered to all shareholders.  Something is better then nothing based on a Pro Rata position of shares owned.  I wonder how long Anna will last working with Courtenay as Exec.?
I agree with Batman as well $3.00 is wishful thinking, BUT with that mountain of gold & like Ace alluded too, Colombia not willing to pay out a massive settlement, Minesa may just surprise us with a decent offer.  Remember Tenor is "on point" to reap a very enriching payday.  So the PPS tender offer will have to be higher then $1.50!  Amber, Paulson & Tenor won't be settling for low percentage returns.  That is why I had leaned toward Arbitration on a fast track, Tenor is licking it's chops.  Tenor has multiple Arbitrations ongoing right now.  No need for a CEO either going foward.
