The beauty of being a chartist: Don't have to chase after news. Didn't even know NLN was going to release earnings. Couldn't care less what those figures will be.
BTW, boys n girls. Put yourself in the position of a fund manager with over 200 companies to deal with. Think he has all the time in the world to sift thru news releases and anticipate earnings? Nope, he gets his team of fundamentalists to tell him whether the company has solid foundations. Takes only a split second for the staff to say: Is this a good company, yes no?
Then, he uses the chart to decide whether to give the executive orders to his team of traders.
Everyone knows NLN is a good company. But does its chart has what it takes to convince the funds to issue the exec orders?
