The Company also owns the San Felipe development project in Sonora, Mexico. Firecracker, I took a look at Orvana, and it looks like a loser to me.  It has been losing money forever.  Its El Valle underground mine in Spain has an ALSC of $1759.  That is pretty darn high.  I am not sure why they even keep that mine open.  The Don Marion mine in Bolivia has more promise, but only if they dump the loser in Spain.

I first looked at Orvana in 2010 when the stock was trading at $2.56.  When they said they were converting the open pit mine in Spain to underground, I immediatly decided to pass.  The costs of an underground mine are usually much higer than expected.  I am sure glad I avoided that one.
