RE:4 MILLION EQUALS 4-5 CENT SHARE PRICE

RE:4 MILLION EQUALS 4-5 CENT SHARE PRICEAny mistake?
My rough estimation (JMHO!) :
$4.25m/133m sh (+/-?) = 3.2c/sh.  (fully diluted or not?)
Then, it takes another 3 months to close the deal, if it can.
It has not found anything else to do but has to keep burning cash for quite a while.
And it will probably be downgraded to NEX.
I have seen quite a few companies sit on cash for years, and traded bellow cash value especially when liquidity is poor and sb want to cash out.
Anyway, worth to watch as a capital pool.
Again, JMHO.
