RE:RE:FILE YOUR COMPLAINT THE OSC, BCSC AND TMX NOW!!!!!! What most seem to toss aside is the fact that soon Eco Oro's house will be in order, a house primed to move rapidly forward towards implementing the frame work of arbitration. THAT in & of itself is a positive for the open market movement of PPS.
It seems to fall on deaf ears that an example like Gold Reserve (in the midst of arbitration) had hefty increases in PPS on the open market (highs of $5.20+ per share US!). Everyone seems to have dismissed or neglected that fact, have faith in the interim free & open trading market. With positive PRs now emerging from a goal orientated, cohesive Board, there is no doubt to me that the PPS will reflect a strong upward trajectory. Who says we will have to wait 4 yrs or for a high enough buyout offer to appease Tenor??? These end goals are secondary to the tactics of trade in open markets playing out long before arbitration, CVRs & even buy-outs ever are finalized.
So keep an eye out for the total monetary damages that will be sought by Eco Oro from Colombia, Oldtimer's $500,000,000.00 to me is low. Time will tell but remember Colombia stole 15 million + ozs. ostensibly speaking. Environmental Law can justifiably refer to the intensive (1:2,000) "Ecodes" evaluation conducted by Colombia's most respected Environmental Engineering firm Finding of Facts based on numerous biological, & hydrological specifics > THERE IS NO PARAMO within the boundaries of concessions owned by Eco Oro. This is a very impressive report which without doubt be submitted as evidence of Colombia's outright theft. https://www.eco-oro.com/s/NewsReleases.asp?ReportID=583546&_Type=News-Releases&_Title=Eco-Oro-Receives-Study-Indicating-Angostura-Deposit-Not-in-Paramo
Colombia/Santos has already have been caught using false witness, trumped up false reports etc. in other cases. I bet Colombia caves!
Here is a doozy of an example: “Unveiled: Colombian Govt. sued for US $16,500 million under FTA with the USA, over creating Yaigoji Apaporis National Park” Fraudulent!!
