reverse psychology , sell some shares create panic , share price drops , then you and your friends can buy more shares at a cheaper price before drill results come out and shares skyrocket . MAYBE ?

Create panic, laughable. You never addressed the insider trading. These people do not sell with the expectation of higher prices. It defies common sense. Most these insiders always manage to sell at the high, this is no coincidence.
