You're talking about 4.25 M usd... and so 3.2 us cents a share...

Not too shabby when purchasing it for 2.5 canadian cents...

Talking about around 60% upside if it was ever to trade around cash value...

The cash burn in and of itself is not so bad... Generally under 10k a quarter...

Not like management does much here... You will notice this if you ever try to contact IR or anyone at the firm :P

Anyways, if we are lucky, then we might get an idea of what management intends on doing in the proxy... Liquidation would be good... Or distribution a big chuck of the money and keeping a shell company... But like you said, could take ages before we get any news on that end.
