My point is this CEO has been unable to realize value for shareholders.  The pipeline for the company is strong, but PLI never had the capital to support the agressive rollout.  This falls at the feet of Pierre and the board.  I can still hear him saying the market and analysts were concerned about the balance sheet so they did the most recent placement to correct that.  Really?
