your assessment is correct.

It made no sense to leave the warrants out there on a slow march to oblivion and continuously leaving the overhang. Also, we had been working on getting this out since May. The regulators would not let an initial plan go forward.

We wanted to either get money in or have the warrants disappear. The value for the warrants can be honoured in cash or shares at the discretion of the company.

Now the company and investors have certitude that this overhang will be dealt with. This overhang has prevented new investors from coming in.

With a plan to remedy the issue we now have given the market and investors a clearer picture of the capital structure.
