Mostly it was fear as some people thought that legal matters may get out of hand.
Quick pull back from $9.50 to $7.90 also smacks of manipulation; as it has been discussed before that low volume is susceptible to easy manipulation even by small players.
Every morning some units were being bought by bidding higher than selling.
$8.45 and $9.80 institutional participation must have been based on some reasoning.
With low debt and available cash, they ca not go broke.
May be somebody wants to buy them out at a cheap price.
Who knows!
