Your correct that phrase isn't insider information, but your next one where you say "We know who the buyer is" is. If you would have said we know who the lurking buyer is well that's another situation, but you didn't. I would be real careful before you hit the "post" button. Team E may not give you any more picks. Not to mention the visit from government authorities.
