RE:RE:Why are inter pipleines oil sand pipes not at 100% capacity?Blade....with all due respect...your post makes no sense.Pipelines don't move so there would be very little pipieline competition.Only rail and trucks compete. And they are always more expensive.
What it is that effects us is two gold I believe.

One theory belongs to Berrman from BNN..that started a year ago that dividend paying stocks get hit with a rising interest environment...I think that's only partially correct. The biggest concern is the unknown...that being if IPL goes ahead with their natgas project..the unknowns are plenty...are they actually going ahead?...what's the real cost?  Are there partners?..will they need cash?  How much??where will they get the cash???..and how will they get it??? Issue more shares and dilute the share structure? ..will they have to cut the dividend...and even if they begin such a large undertaking...will it entail cost overruns?...how much would that cost??
I hope that answers many questions for us all...because uncertainty kills a good company's stock price...and thats what's killing ours.No investor at this stage would look at the possible future success of such an undertaking....that always happens at a much later stage In the operation.
In our case it could take a while.
