You could get sued by Getinge for these wild ideas about criminal activity that really make no sense. Getinge doesn't align with other companies in a secret pact to manipulate the sp for what would amount to an illegal takeover, and no one else does that either when they put in a take over bid for a company. IROC is probably just being polite and pretending they are investigating. 

You think Getinge would trust anyone as disreputable as this short seller to keep the secret about illegal activity once the law got this guy in their interrogation room? Last year your same nutty idea had MS and J&J illegally hooking up.
