TexasAgellan owns quite a number of properties in Houston. CEO was quite aggressive to promote the unit price when it was at $9 range. It even put advertisements on AM 680. It really took off when the ELAD Gensis bought US IPO partner 18% ownership at $9.7. Obviously it was a pump up. I will not touch it.
