You apply very logical math about certain matters.  Then you ignore huge points that do not support your conclusion.

Firstly the number of shares in Formation Metals was much lower back in history.

The $4.50 target you mention would mean well over $600m market cap for a tiny company with one small mine.

At a certain point, you could conclude that market cap will be higher than the lifetime revenue.  It will not go there. 

I do hope that the share price follows your dream. But for that to happen there must be a buyer at $4.50 a share.  Who will that be?

There is little chance that ECS will earn C$600m over the next 20 years.  Earnings after 20 years count for little except in a family business.

A $2 takeout would satisfy me and I would be thrilled with a $2.50 takeover.  This may happen.
