RE:Notice three errors from the Aug 28 FP article that doesn't

Peep2,

I own a lot of Tahoe (I am upside down) but still see long term value. I was hoping the appeal to the superior court would have lifted the suspension (their two month window), but am willing to wait.

Their Gold properties will keep them a viable mining company until the Escobal suspension is resolved. The way I am looking at the mine suspension is it is just slowing the pipe line of gold mine development. If gold continues to go up there will be money to develop the properties. I would prefer to it to be the bank of Escobal and not debt but need to roll with the times…

I believe that the company's approach to engage the road block protesters to understand where the anti-mine sentiment is coming from is correct. They will never to be able to satisfy all positions/points of view but by engaging the communities it will only strengthen them for the future.

The resource potential in that area is significant. If they can become the mining company of the Guatemala people the returns will be off the charts.

As far as enforcing laws (jailing) on a poverty stricken people not so distant from a violent past, I do not believe this approach would be in the best interest of anybody.

Please keep posting I find your rants insightful and entertaining…
