From the VUX News Release.......Lease construction will commence once all well licenses have been issued. It is anticipated that drilling operations will commence around the second or third week of September 2017.

Considering that there has only been two of the well licences issued it means that construction has not yet started and the likely hood of drilling operations commencing around the second or third week of September is slim to none.

No wonder the share price of CEA has dropped like a rock!
