RE:ACB vs MARI

RE:ACB vs MARIYou know what, these 2 are actually very good comparisons for a few reasons. They are both expanding to roughly just over 800k square feet. Both will be utilizing high tech greenhouses designed to specifically produce low cost per gram productuon. Another interesting similarity is free water! I'm not sure about Aurora Sky; but I know their current Cremona facility gets free water from the Canadian Rockies run off streams, and I found out during my call with Sean that Maricann gets free water from underground water reserves beneath their 90 acres of land. While there are costs associated with extracting both methods, there is no cost for the actual commodity portion which results in very low costs for water. I think they are the only 2 LPs that can boast about free water! Again, an ACB long will have to confirm whether or not Sky will have this, but I highly doubt it as the facility is by the Edmonton Airport. I see no reason why Maricann can't catch up to at least half of ACB's 1 billion dollar market cap within the next year or so. Maricann just needs to grow their patient base, revenues and finish their build out. The market cap and share price will grow along with them. Sooner or later the market is going to wake up and adjust the low market cap bringing the valuation more in par with others of the same size.
