Fancy Yellows? Nice if you have them....but you probably need a general population of yellow (some fancy, some not) to get those fancies.

Wonder what Tiffany is doing for their supply of rough yellow.

Ellendale has been closed for a few years now. That was half of all fancy yellow production.

I haven't really seen these fancy yellow tenders from DDC. Probably a years worth of production fancy yellows. They are tendering them to auction. No selling direct to Tiffany or others. They must figure a premium will be found on the auction block.

I suspect Chidliak will have some stones certified fancy yellow.....but it will be insignificant compared to the cas generated from the clear octahedrons.

Once Argyle mine closes in a few years...the investment market on pinks/reds will see obscene returns.
