RE:RE:Boy, wouldn't it be nice to come out of Beaver Creek...I don't think Waterton is gone.  Frank Lagiglia didn't think so when I last spoke to him a month or so ago.  I sensed it was no longer something they focused on.  Waterton sold heavily in the June to August period a year ago.  That's when the price was higher and volume was too.  Once they dropped under 10% or so, they no longer had to file reports and they ceased news releases from what I could tell.  I recall looking into it and posting when they disappeared from the Investor Presentation around May or June of this year, I would guess.

Around that time, I suggested NUG buyback Waterton shares into the treasury.  They could be used to resell to an investor, or satisfy options or warrants.  I was told that the institutional investors wanted the cash to go into drilling and not buybacks.  I accept that.
But, I was told management did have a plan to deal with Waterton, and to wait and see.  I think I posted about this situation last Spring.

I didn't realize Waterton had rejected a block share trade.

I encourage everyone to brainstorm and share your best ideas.
