RE:May 30, 2016 The Share Price was $1.75 and by July 30 $1.10You're missing context though.  At the end of May, the price was run up to $1.75 from 66 cents at the end of April. In fact those are the closing prices, it actually hit 1.97 in that time.  In two months, the price tripled in value.  I'm assuming it takes more than month or two to put financing together?  So lets say Guy was organizing financing for $1.15 while it was still in the 60 cent range, without that freak run up, he would've almost single-handedly doubled the share price.
