RE:RE:RE:What is the closing date for the transaction?Sometimes works out for the best or not as happened to me below. 

I sold 5000 shares of Amica at $10 two days before it got taken over at $19 (buy price was $7). 

I still go through the side streets to avoid going past Amica retirement home. Painful memories. ;-)
