RE:NewsWhat stands out to me is this money will also be used for supplying third party potash. This will be a source of revenue which EPO needs to establish itself as a viable company.

As soon as this 5M tonnes per year starts heading to India I suspect we will see a SP revaluation. It could very well be the $100M won't all be necessary. 

Mine funding is a large hurdle. But if there is a revenue stream, a commitment to purchase and a potash in the ground there is a decent chance this will happen.

I am down 50% or so with a nice chunk of change. But I don't have any outstanding sell orders. IMO a share consolidation wouldn't be a bad idea to consider. Which I am sure it is on the table.

There has to be hurdles already crossed we know nothing about. This financing is just another step in the process.
