Thoughts on HBC going private.Much as I would like HBC to go private at a considerably higher price than the stock currently trades, I can't conceive who would finance the deal. Recently Toys R Us declared bankruptcy after going private several years ago so that coupled with HBC attempting to raise financing to go private doesn't look positive. Without confirmation I suspect this is just another unsubstantiated rumour created by some analyst at CNBC looking to for her 15 minutes in the limelight.
