page 25 of corporate presentation just released this am
NDM @ 1.55 us FD @367.4 m shs o/s = .57cents/lb whereas developer average is 1.37cents/lb  for copper which they have 101 B lbs excluding inferred puts the stock @3.80 us. Now using gold the developer average is $43.oz and NDM sits at $8.00 oz  In-Situ=$8.30us sp and that's with what 70.6 M oz excluding inferred
I checked the numbers and came up with $3.72 for copper and $8.33 for gold is where it should be trading according to a In-Situ developer average prices..
Now if a big boy like goldcorp is the developer the average more than doubles again both cu &au page 26
Just using cu this sp is discounted over 220% from developer average in-situ prices wow. For a half a cent per lb get your shares on sale
