Actually Manthebull it is potentially correct. I've owned stocks in the same situation and the LISTING had value. A new unrelated company would come in and buy it and issue shares to the previous owners for the equivalent value...but it was PENNIES.

ie. I THINK that was the situation with this one but don't quote me. I just know I've had it happen before.
