RE:RE:When the dillutionMack, let's offer full disclosure on the company having done the roll back screw the shareholder thing before:      When they acquired PNO Resources in 2015 the rollback was in conjunction with the takeover so as to not bloat the sharebase at that juncture.

Personally, I am giving them a pass on this one due the circumstance - and you know I follow the stocks quite closely so you should feel comfortable giving them a pass also.  This stock is on my short list (a very exclusive list if I do say so myself), so don't worry about it too much.

PS  a normal share rollback is usually in the vicinity of 1:10 or 1:5.  SSP's was only a 1:3, which indicates the rollback was not the primary motive of the acquisition but rather a byproduct of it.
