Share price won't move until 2nd round of financing closes in a couple of weeks. You could sell your shares at current prices to purchase the units. Basically half the risk as you can exercise the warrant for $1.21 for a year unless the price doubles sooner. So, if they release the news of the dosing in the HNSCC trial it will have no effect on the share price. If the volume increases people can sell to buy the units. I would have a much better feeling if we knew how much the insiders put into the financing of their OWN money.
