RE:RE:SplitMany posters here have many questions about the split..but in so doing inadvertently answered their own questions.What I mean is that the market is cautious when confronted with unknowns.And thats what we have here.Unknowns.I cannot blame the company for withholding
info when in fact such info could be relevant today but not tomorrow.
A split in PHM..is fraught with details.Legalities must fine tuned.
In other words ..it always take much time.
Some of us have been here a few years.So why rush things?
