RE:RE:Roll back or not
RE:RE:Roll back or not Best example of recent roll backs (RB) is MTO. For months leading up to the RB the stock was pegged in a .055 - .07 range. Then the handcuffs came off, KL came in, management changes & news drove it up to 10 cents.... The 1 for 10 opened a a buck then it shot up to $ 1.29 post RB. The plunge came back as newly issued shares flooded the market and sent it down to the seventies... The handcuffs went back on the share price and still after several months despite a run up of POG it holds in the 75 range..... My take is the same will play out here...
Sprott (ES) wont loose money, he's here for a multi bagger. So I would not fear a RB event. IMHO, drill results if good will allow ES to bring in another friendly pigeon by late fall or January... AZX will catch the spring runup and head to the same level based on good news... Then a new capital injection will flood the coffers followed by a plunge back down... ES plays the game for keeps.... He lands on free parking all the time becuase he is the banker...
Disclosure.
I own MTO, AZX.
