I have no problems with the market passing udging as to what PLI is worth.  It's when market players act in such a manner as to create false impressions  to manipulate share the share price using means not available to the average investor.  An unfair advantage which any respectable exchange with proper oversight would act against immediately.  It's what lends credibility and legitimacy to the functioning of a respectable securities exchange. I'm old enough to remember the 'Wild West' that was the Vancouver Stock Exchange (Murray Pezim / may he rest in peace).
