holly shiit you are out to lunch. First off you can't use Mari greenhouse canadian cog's to model a German indoor facility secondly indoor can usually produce more crops per year meaning that 400,000 sqft of indoor vs greenhouse will produce more at the sacrifice of higher cog's (usually).... you can also vertically integrate grows doubling or tripling grow space compared to greenhouse. Ogi does it that's why they have very low cog's for indoor. I understand what you are saying but no one looks at business from that view point unless you have a limited amount of product available. You're implying that the product for the streaming partners is a waste because it could have been sold at a higher cost to someone else but you fail to realize that it could very well be surplus. If Mari can satisfy all other demand then selling at lower margins to their streaming partners isn't a loss at all just extra money in the bank.... its only a loss the way you calculate it if they don't have product to sell another high paying buyer because they are forced to sell it to streaming partners instead but there is nothing to show that this would be the case.... you're grasping at air with that argument...
man please stop, you're just killing yourself with your own argument. the reason I use canadian example is to be conservative for your benefit. by saying that the german facility can produce more just meant the lender's 20% of the production just got bigger and therefore that company lost more too, more than what they they got from the deal. can't you see the point of the exercise? You can do the math any way you want, but at best it was a bad deal for them. You are being blinded by your love and need to defend your stock (and you're doing it in ACB boards btw). stop it already. there no such thing as a surplus, all of it is counted as production, you don't set aside to say its a surplus, 20% of tall production gets sold to your creditor. You're stating that the other demand comes first than paying your creditor, c'mon you know that's not how it goes. They're not forced, its was the condition they agreed upon. that is actually the case. c'mon you're killing yourself.
We should move to your board, this is one of the garbage post i was talking about.
