Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based resource company. The Company operates several gold, copper, silver and zinc exploration projects with active development programs. It is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of prospective copper, gold and molybdenum properties in Western Canada. The Company’s projects include Lightning Strike, Carruthers Pass, CHG, Pat, Cowtrail, Koster Dam and Coquigold. The Carruthers Pass Project is a massive sulfide project (VMS), base and precious metal project that covers over 3,895 hectares (ha) and is located in Northern British Columbia approximately 30 kilometers (km) west of the Kemess Mine Road. The Koster Dam project consists of 10 mineral claims covering over 4,535 acres and is located approximately 80 km south of Williams Lake in south-central British Columbia. The Carbonate Hosted Gold Project (CHG) is located in southern British Columbia near the community of Clinton. It consists of seven claims covering 4,194 ha.

quicklogic and your group of morons listen to this FACT CRB has a CA with Gold Corp and Gold Corp offered to do the last financing but CRB already had other backers to finance already committed.CRB does not want to take money from Gold Corp at 10 cents.So when Drill results move the share price up(if it happens) then its MY OPINION Gold Corp will likely do a late winter/spring financing as CRB has plans to do a massive drill program next season.

NOW IGNORE THAT at your own risk and become the fool who would trash some ones DD.Be selective on who should be on ignore and who sould not.
