RE:Congo Halts Unprocessed Cobalt/Copper Exports

RE:Congo Halts Unprocessed Cobalt/Copper ExportsApples and oranges in that unlike that company our kat.to investment is on the good side of Congo’s rules because it processes copper inside the Congo.

Quite possibly, that around 5:00pm today there will be a regularly scheduled update and if not today a restatement by October 15, 2017.

Quote from that article:

“Most major producers other than Sicomines, such as Glencore Plc and China Molybdenum Co., already process their copper inside Congo.

Congo’s largest cobalt producers — Tenke Fungurume Mining, which is 56 percent held by China Molybdenum Co. and Glencore-owned Mutanda Mining — export cobalt hydroxide rather than cobalt metal, according to government data.”
