RE:RE:RE:Ottawa cut small business tax, just right time for RHTMingzu, regardless of whether the company is undervalued at today's date, they clearly needed the working capital to fund there business plan. I would not get so heated up over the pp. Having a strong balance sheet now will help persuade large clients to sign up with the company. Be thankful the pp was done at $0.40 which was essentially the market value at the date it was announced.

Reliq now has all its ducks lined up to execute its business plan and the company has tremendous potential to be a multi-bagger at today's price.

Personally, I would bother contacting the company about the pp.

They have executed there business plans so far as well as you can ask, why question them?
