You are absolutely correct that a major off-take agreement could lend
a helping hand for a small company begging to borrow money.

a crucial factor would be the conditions.  Market price?  This would be hard because
the buyers of cobalt for cars etc will likely be on the hook for a fixed price for at least
a year.   How about $20?   This price would be hard to swallow for ECS management and investors.

Off-take agreements and streaming deals are two of the supplementary financing 
deals that could give ECS a leg-up.

There is a big market for futures in copper and many other metals but the cobalt
category is still niche and will likely remain so for decades to come
