I think there is some merit in your comment. ARV is definitely restricted to parochial exchanges. But I think the real discount in stock price is a market perception of an inferior management team coupled with the fact that ARV does not control the JV and has no real source of capital other than dilution. NVO has a sugar daddy with KL and ES, and a more integrated management team tied to it's money source. ARV really is at a disadvantage and the market constantly reminds us of this. Tx
