It isn't fun being down alot of $. I'm in the same boat and shifted most of my oil and gas investments to Pony.. I think there is long term potential. I strongly recommend BIR as well, however, I slowly shifted funds over to Pony at these levels.

Hang in there folks, might be some further downside in the near term, but long term I am hoping it is all worth it.
