Verb. Meaning to start or begin.

What about the “drilling program” has begun? What a load of garbage. The exchange needs to step in. How do they allow such misleading nr? “Hey everyone we started our drill program!” Welllllll actually not only haven’t we started drilling, we haven’t even hired anyone!
