These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEO just stepped downIf going private is plan (a) and all other alternatives are plan (b), my guess is plan (b) will be selected since nobody will finance plan (a).
