Have you seen the prices they want to charge? The 'cool' millennials will keep using the black market, they already use it, why switch for a more expensive product of the same quality?

Where the customers dump their money.

Truth of the matter is APH can basically sell their product beside adult diapers because that's there demographic and their target market.  Even if you look in the U.S (which was a mistake to invest heavily in) they are in Arizona and Florida - gee, wonder where all the snow birds go?  Wonder where the large retirement populations are located?

Fact is the APH market stratigy and demograpic is seniors and an aging population, nothing says "this is cool, this is what my friends love" like asking Granny to pass it to the right along with the crossword.
