RE:GEM Due Diligence

RE:GEM Due Diligence

Do some due diligence.  I called yesterday.  Liked what I heard.  YOU SHOULD CALL TOO!
GEM contact: Jonathan Collins, JCollins@Gemny.com, 212-582-3400
(Do not leave a message, but keep calling back when his "gatekeeper" says he will be available.  It took me 4 calls to reach him).
After many declarations such as "I am not sure if I am comfortable talking"; "You should call Encanto Investor Relations"; "I don't have anything to add".   Well Jonathon did add some nuggets.
Although I can't speak to it all, (you have to get them directly), I can relate some of what he said:

"Even though the Oct 15th date was missed, that is not an issue at all.  Nothing has come up that has caused GEM any concern.  We have a 100% legally binding contract between GEM and Encanto.  We have been doing this for 21 years, and we know how to find the right partners to make everyone lots of money.  We think Encanto has tons of potential.  The contracts they have are unprecedented.  They are all real.  This company is definitely a winner.  AT GEM, we have the patience to see a great return on our investment."
