Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Heartfelt thanks

RE:Heartfelt thanksI asked that very question to the local greenhouse growers. Hail wind and tornadoes are the concern not earthquakes. In the past older greenhouses that had flimsy aluminum pole structure on non footings with cheap glass were prone to the adverse conditions and I did see some really old greenhouse in rural areas that were dilapidated. HOWEVER the Aphria structures utize unbreakable glass and the reinforced pylon superstructure is on 4 foot deep concrete footings as some pics show. IN ADDITION the walls are 2 inch thick aluminum double side with centre hard foam R40 insulation and designed to withstand hurricane force winds. Unless a category 5 hurricane takes a direct aim at that one particular 100 acres I am confident the usual weather even with climate change will not be a risk as for fire there is ample water sprinkler overhead system.
